Enquiries that do not proceed: 3 years from the last contact.
Quotations and contractual documents: 10 years, in line with accounting obligations and the French ten-year construction warranty.

Who receives the data

Your data is intended solely for the company. It may be handled by our technical providers acting as processors under the GDPR: our hosting provider and our email delivery service. Those providers use your data only to perform their service.

Right to rectification: correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.

This site sets no advertising cookies and no analytics cookies. No trackers are used for profiling.

The Google Maps embed on the Contact page is never loaded automatically: it stays behind a button until you click to display it. Until you do, no data is sent to Google. By clicking, you consent to Google setting cookies under its own privacy policy.

The company's administration area uses cookies strictly necessary for authentication. They do not affect visitors to the public site.

Security

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Data submitted through the forms is validated server-side and protected against automated submissions, and access to administrative data is restricted by authentication and by database-level access rules.
